Effective October 2026. This policy covers meekspersonalinjury.com, which is operated by Meeks Personal Injury Law, LLC ("the firm," "we").
What we collect
If you use the case review form, we receive your name, phone number, and a description of what happened. You may also give your email address and the date of the incident. We collect only what you type into the form.
Like most websites, this one also records basic visit information through Google Analytics, such as the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and the general area a visit comes from. Google Analytics uses cookies. This information does not identify you by name.
How we use it
We use the information you send to review your inquiry and to contact you about it, by phone, text message, or email. We use visit information to see which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Who handles it
The firm uses a small number of service providers to run the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the spam check on the form, which uses your IP address.
- Postmark delivers the form submission to the firm by email.
- Google Analytics measures site visits.
- Filevine, the firm's case management software, is used to send and store text messages with people who have contacted the firm.
We do not sell your information.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, the firm may text you about your inquiry: scheduling an initial call, appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, and secure links for e-signing documents. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of contacting the firm. You can reply STOP at any time to end text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as the providers listed above. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
See our Terms of Service for message frequency, rates, and opt-out instructions.
How long we keep it
The firm keeps inquiries from people who do not become clients for six months. Inquiry emails are not entered into Filevine unless the person becomes a client.
Confidentiality
Sending a message through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and email and online forms carry security risks. Please read the disclaimer before you send anything about your case. Do not send confidential documents or medical records unless Justin asks you to, through an approved method, after the firm confirms that it represents you.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the form or call the firm. You can ask what the firm holds about you, or ask the firm to delete it, by contacting the firm below.
